Warmup 10 tap and twist each side, 10 bottom feeder squats, 10 pushups  
6 rounds 

  • Sled push down 
  • 20 kb swings  
  • 10 box dips 
  • Sled push back 
  • 20 slam ball  
  • 10 dead lifts
