warm-up: 10 lunges, 10 side lunges, 10 Hindu push-ups, 300m slog

6 Rounds:

  • 10 OH squat (BC – pipe, Warrior – BB)
  • 10 Box jump
  • 10/1 kbhp single hand
  • 10 renegade row
  • 200m run

Finish: 20/10 x10 wall sit
