Warm-up: 25 burpees, 400m run

5 Rounds:

  • 5 bench press
  • 10/10 KB row
  • 20 KB swing

5 rounds:

  • 5 pull up
  • 10 floor press
  • 20 push-up

Finish: 1000m row, 1000m run
