Core and agility day…..

8 rounds

  • 12 180 jump squats
  • 12 jump throughs 
  • Lateral PVC jumps 
  • 4 3×3 slamballs
  • 12 knees to elbows 

Finish: 1:00 plank, 30: side plank each, 30 seconds boat… 30 seconds canoe. If anyone crashes in canoe they do another 30 seconds
