warm-up: 10 squats, 10 jump squats, 20 lunges

6 rounds:

  • 6 squats
  • 9 DB curls
  • 12 split squats (6/6) with one kettlebell
  • 300m run

Finish: 1:00 2×5: step jump, squat thrust
