Mobility day

Warmup: 10 hindu pushups, 10 jump lunges, 10 arms up squats x’s 2

Mobility: 5/5  Cuban rotations

6 rounds:
10 wall ball
20 mtn climbers
10 roll up situps
10 jump squats
1 Waiter/Farmer carry down and back with KB. Switch hands on each direction

Finish: 5/5 Turkish getups with KB
