Workout 12-14-15

Warmup: 30 seconds inchworm pushup, squat thrusts, frog squats, jumping jacks

10 decline pushups
15 “12 to 6” plate situps
10 renegade rows
20 total one arm swings
15 plank jacks

finish: tailpipe partner drill. One holds double KB rack while the other rows. Split up 2000 meters however you want. Have fun!
