Workout 11-30-15


Warmup 20 side to side lunge stretch, 20 mtn climbers, 10 burpees

Static workout…. 3 times through each movement before  moving on to the next

1:20 on…. 40 seconds off

DB Floor press/leg lift (perform floor press, bring elbows to floor close to body and then perform leg lift)
KB double rack box step up / shoulder press
5 mermaid dip 5 plank jack 5 mermaid dip
Rower (sub 1:50 pace or better)
Bear Crawl
