Mobility: 1:00 each, x1: Look at my hands, OH Pipe Squat, T & W on Ball

  • 10 Double KB Push Press
  • 10 sets Block Pass Crunch
  • 5/5 DB Snatch
  • 10 Knees to Elbow
  • 200m ski

Finish: 100 ABMAT sit-ups
