Core and Agility

Warmup: 10 jump squats, caraocas the length of the gym, 10 jump lunges, repeat four times

8 rounds

10 jumping slam ball
Both feet simultaneously: 2 squares forward…. 1 square back agility ladder
sideways bear crawl 1 gym length
DB reverse curl & press
10 prone rows
