Interval day.

Warmup: 30 seconds inch worm pushup, squats, jumping jacks, 4x 

Tabata:  8 intervals static 

  • piston DB floor press/close grip chest 
  • bicycles
  • Half burpee hands on ball
  • Push ups
  • hip push (top of leg lift segmented)
  • plank jacks 
  • KB swing
  • Row

finish: 30 burpees
