Warrior Workout for 9/9/11

Warm Up: 2:00/20 – Row, Jump Rope, Burpees

Strength: Weighted Chin Ups – Using the chains or a kettlebell on one foot

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Back Squats
  • 36 Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Standing Skull Crushers
  • Run 400, 300, 200, 100 yards
