Warm Up: 30/ea x 3 – High Knee Jump Rope, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Break

Strength: Clean and Press 3 x 3

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 0:15 L-Sits
  • Run 200 Yards
