Warm Ups: 20 *LIGHT* overhead squats, Run 1.5 mile Morningside

Strength: Seated Military Press 5×3

3 Rounds:

  • 18 Plate Circles
  • 18 Ring Knee Tuck Crunches
  • 18 Slam Balls
  • 18 Kettlebell Snatches – each arm *yes each arm*
