Warm-up: Movement; 1:00/:10 x2, row, high knee jump rope, walking lunges

Strength: close grip chest press, 2×4

4 Rounds:

  • 10 ring pull-ups
  • 12 frog push-ups
  • 12 jump throughs
  • 15 Kettlebell high pulls – each hand
