Warm-up: Movement; No rain – 20 burpees, run – Andrews; Rain – 30 burpees

Strength: weighted pull-ups, 3×3

3 Rounds:

  • 12 plyo ball push-ups
  • 12 dumbbell rows
  • 12 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 120 mountain climbers
