Warrior Workout for 7/25/11

Warm up: 25 jump squats, run 1 mile – plaza, commonwealth, hannover, MC clintock

Strength: deadlift x 10 reps (goal is your body weight)

4 Rounds:

10 close grip chest presses
15 box jumps
20 decline push ups
25 ball knee raise crunches
100 yard sprint
