Warm-up: Movement; rain – jump rope 5:00, no rain – 15 burped, run 200 yards

Strength: pullovers/incline db rows

4 Rounds:

  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10 db chest press
  • 20 slam balls
  • 20 1/2 jumps
