Warm-up: movement; 10 burpee box jumps, run – HT 3 blocks

3 Rounds:

  • 5/5 Turkish get-up
  • 5 push press HEAVY
  • 25 toes to bar
  • 15 slam balls
  • 10/10 Kettlebell snatches
