Warm up: 1:00/15 – Jump Rope, Box Jumps, Side Shuffle – Run 500 yards

4 Rounds:

  • 24, 18, 12, 6 Walking Lunges – Double KB
  • 20 Knees to Elbows
  • 3, 6, 9, 12 Tire Flips
