Warm-up: movement; 20/10, x6 high knee jog, run – Andrews

Strength: shoulder press, 3×3

1 round:

  • 15 wall ball
  • 50 jump squats
  • 15 wall ball
  • 40 double unders
  • 15 wall ball
  • 30 Kettlebell snatches each hand
  • 15 wall ball
  • 20 floor wipers (with the bar!)
  • 15 wall ball
  • 10 knees to elbow
