Warm-up: movement; 50 jumping jacks, run 200 yards x2

Strength: corner bar row, 3×3

3 rounds:

  • 12 plyo push-ups on ball
  • 12 pull ups
  • 24 weighted knee tuck crunches
  • 12 weighted jump squats
  • 12 kettlebell high pulls each hand
