Warm-up: movement; 1:00/:10, x2 – row, hammer tire, Kettlebell swings

Strength: overhead squats, 4×4

4 Rounds:

  • 5 Bear complexes
  • 15 Kettlebell snatches -each hand
  • 30 leg raise corkscrews with stability ball
  • 15 slam balls
