  • 10 Bulgarian split squats
  • 10 chin-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell squats
  • 20 Kettlebell swings

Finish: 3:00, x1: A) 1 sled push, 5 burpees, 5 Kettlebell swings, 1 bear crawl
B) Beecher abs
