Warm-up: Movement; 5:00 jump rope

Strength: overhead squats, 3×3

5 Rounds:

  • 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 deadlifts
  • 15 box jumps
  • 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 Kettlebell swings
  • 1 rope climb
