Warrior Workout for 4-25-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 30 burpees – if not raining or cold 20 burpees, run 1 mile

Strength: split jerk 3-2-1-1-1

3 Rounds:

  • 15 murder balls
  • 30 ring knee tucks
  • 10 rear lateral raises
  • 15 Kettlebell snatches – each arm
