Warm up: jump rope 2:00, run 500 yards

Strength couplets:

5 sets each:
5 BB jerk presses & 10 twelve to six ABMAT sit-ups
10 plate raise & 10 toes to bar
10 Kettlebell front squats & 5/5 Kettlebell snatches
10 Seated Side Raises & 30 Oblique Twists
