Warrior Workout for 4-10-13

Warm up: stretch & movement, 1:00/0:30 x 3 x 3 – hammer tire, jump rope, squat thrusts

Strength: Snatch skill work – 15:00

3:00/1:00 3 Rounds AMRAP (start over from the top each round, record score each round, total score at end)

  • 6 Thrusters
  • 6 Toes through rings
  • 6 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 6 med ball toss

***If you do not wish Lindsay a Happy Birthday you will do 100 burpees and receive bad luck for a week!***
