Warm up: 3:00 each – jump rope, hammer tire

Strength: Weighted Pull-Ups, 3 Reps x 5 Sets

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Bench Press
  • 10 Dumbbell Rows
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 10 KB high Pulls – each arm
  • 10 Slam Balls
