  • 10 tire flips
  • 15 ring dips
  • 20 pull-ups
  • 25 burpees
  • 30 box jumps – high!
  • 35 DB deadlifts
  • 40 med ball reach sit-ups
  • 45 KB swings
  • 50 squats – light weight, men – 75#, women
