Warm Up: Jump Rope 3:00, Run 500 yards

Strength: Weighted Pull Ups 3 x 3

4 Conditioning Rounds:

  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 15 ABMAT Sit Ups – weighted
  • 15 Kettlebell High Pulls – each hand
  • 10 Barbell Good Mornings
