Warm Up: 3:00 Jump Rope, Run – 100 yards (backpedal back), 200, 300

Strength: 1, 1, 1 – Jerk

5 Rounds:

  • 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Deadlifts
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Chin Ups
