Warm Up: 20 Lunges, 20 Wallballs, 20 Box Steps, 20 Double Unders

Strength: 3 x 4 Barbell Cleans

5 Rounds – Kettlebell – 0:30 each exercise – 1:00 break between rounds:

  • Swings – side 1
  • Half Snatches – side 1
  • Push Presses – side 1
  • Swings – side 2
  • Half Snatches – side 2
  • Push Presses – side 2
