20:00 AMRAP:

  • 10 Kettlebell Push Presses – each arm
  • 10 Front Squats – with Kettlebell
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches – each arm
  • 20 Oblique Twists – with Kettlebell
  • 10 Double Unders
