Strength: 5 x 3 Corner Bar Rows

5 Rounds of:

  • 10 Elevated Ring Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 10 One Arm KB Rows – each arm
  • 100 Bicycles
  • 10 Box Jumps
