Warm Up: 25 Squats, 50 Jumping Jacks, 500 yard run

Strength: Bench Press Burnout

One round for time:

  • 5 Suicides
  • 10 Tire Flips
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 25 Burpees
  • 30 Box Jumps – HIGH
  • 35 DB Deadlifts
  • 40 Medicine Ball Reach Situps
  • 45 KB swings
  • 50 Squats – light weight (girls bare bar, guys 75lbs)
