Skill: 10 Overhead Squats

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Murderpresses
  • 24 Ball Knee Raises
  • 12 Overhead Plate Lunges

Death: 20 seconds of elbow plank, high plank, side right plank, side left plank, until failure
