Warm Up: Run to Morningside (NO RAIN), 30 Box Jumps (RAIN)

Strength: Deadlift, 2 Reps x 5 Sets (going up each set)

4 rounds:

  • 5 Back squats
  • 10 Ring dips
  • 15 Knees to elbow
  • 20 Slam balls
