Strength/Skill: Weighted Pistol Squats – 10 each leg

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Sets Jumping Lunges
  • 15 Box Jump Progression – Medium, High, Higher
  • 10 Chin-Ups
