Warm Up: 2:00 each – 0:30 break – Jump Rope, Row, Jog Lane

Strength: Bench Press Strip Burnout

4 Rounds – FOR TIME:

  • 10 Burpee Pull Ups
  • 10 KB Rows – each arm
  • 20 Slamballs
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings – DOUBLES!
