Warm Up: 20 Jump Squats, 20 Burpees

Strength: Deadlift 3 x 5

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Front Squats
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Kettlebell Snatches – each arm
