Warm up: 20 jump squats, 20 push ups, run 500 yards

Strength: Weighted Pull ups 3 x 5

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Walking Renegade Rows
  • 25 12to6 Situps
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Kettlebell High Pulls – each arm
