WU= 30 Box Jumps, Run 1 Mile

Strength: 3 x 3 Cleans

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Back Squats
  • 15 Dips
  • 20 KB Lunges
  • 25 Leg Raises
  • 100 yard sprint
PRIDE Conditioning
Even Barbie and her friends have to do Burpees when they come to PRIDE Conditioning!
