Warm up: 10 overhead pvc squats, 10 boot strappers, 10 hindu pushups X’s 2.

Strength:  5 “skin the cat” on rings. Each time has 5 pulse leg raises.

5 rounds

10 db Cuban rotation with Superman press on Swissball
10 full burpees
50 ft busboy per side (waiters/farmers walk)
20 skip knees on wrecking ball
1 Fan-to-garage door crab walk/gorilla walk back
