warmup: 20/20/20 side plank, plank, side plank

20/20/20 pushups, squats, jumping jacks

warrior strength 5,3,2,1,1 bench press

5 rounds

  • 10 ring dips
  • 20 med ball toe touch
  • 50 ft gorilla walk
  • 10 total around the world pullups

finish: 100 pushups. same thing goes for the amount of sets.
