warmup = 50 jumping jacks, 10 hindu pushups, 10 jump squats


Strength = 5×5 double KB complexes: Swings, Snatches, push presses

Same Interval:

Donkey Kicks
Bench leg lifts (rocky IV style… or as close to as possible)
BB Sumo DL
Battle Ropes
