Warmup 10 push-ups 20 squats 30 jj

Warrior strength = 20 floor wipers

1:20/40 x3:

  • Db flies with reach crunch on Swiss ball. Fly… Then with weights together do a reach crunch… Repeat
  • Kb snatch, switch every 20 seconds
  • Bear crawl down/ crab walk back
  • Frog squats 
  • Alternate pull-ups- knees to elbow. Switch whenever they burn out
