5 tap ‘n’ twist lunges opposite side… 5 pushups two times through
10 squats
10 jump squats
10 squat thrusts
20 high knee jogs (count each knee going up)

strength 5, 3, 1, 1, 1 BB clean

6 rounds
6 BB DL
6 body builders
100 ft sprint
5 L sit chins
