Both arms wall chest opener stretch.
PVC pass through
Shoulder circles

Warmup 2 times:

20 seconds plank
20 side plank L
20 side plank R
5 burpees

6 rounds:
20 explosive chest passes against wall w/leather med ball
10 close grip chins
10 hindu pushups
10 total windshield wipers on pullup bar

finish: down and back the length of the gym twice: lateral bear crawl
