Warmup: 10 arms over head lunges/squats twice. Then 30 sec: goose
step/buttkick/hkj/squat thrusts

1:20 on/40 off; x3. Static at each movement then move on.

Walk over ball pushups
BB hang cleans
Rocky IV bench leg lifts
Gorilla crawl
Floor knee tuck crunch

Finish: 20 burpee pull-ups
